Tell us a bit about your background and how it helped shape the expertise you bring to CAE.
I've always been interested in community based agriculture and went to Sterling College with an aim to restart my family farm. My dreams shifted and were hung up for years while I worked at an ill-fitting job that was counter to my ideals of caring community and I couldn't be happier to work for CAE because it does fit my ideals. 

What excites you about your work and/or the work of CAE?
I'm able to do my quiet part and be part of the community from CAE where as an intovert I can take part without feeling pressured when I need alone time. 

What brings you joy? (work or otherwise)
Books, good local food, animals, adults who remember how to be children & engage in play without taking themselves too seriously. 

What brings you hope? (work or otherwise)
All the little things people are doing all over the world to reduce waste, clean water, renewable energy, restorative agriculture, etc.
