Tell us a bit about your background and how it helped shape the expertise you bring to CAE.
I have lived in Hardwick for Most of my life, the community is important to me.  I have always felt that food brings people together, stories and heritage can be told through food. Having worked in the school system I’ve seen how this class can impact kids to get out of their comfort zones and find that food is more than just something we eat.

What excites you about your work and/or the work of CAE?
I am looking forward to giving back to the community in a new way and sharing the experience with the kids and how it will help shape them as future community members and leaders.

What brings you joy? (work or otherwise)
Sharing time with my family and friends, I love to read and bake goodies.

What brings you hope? (work or otherwise)
Seeing others share their kindness, as well, when my child reaches his goals and helps push me to mine.
