The Vt Food Venture Center, now entering its 6th year, has been working steadily to advance farm and food businesses. We offer a suite of services, but one project which has grown significantly is our FARM TO INSTITUTION Minimal Processing, begun as farmer co-packing and advanced into market and product development.
