The Vt Food Venture Center has seen a lot of improvements – and increased usage – in the past few years! We are excited to open a new position for Kitchen  Crew Supervisor, available immediately. We are looking for someone who is ready to manage schedules, various client needs, inventory and food safety trainings. We will be interviewing candidates in December.

Specific Job Roles:

The Kitchen Crew Supervisor is a position that will work directly with the Facilities Manager, specialty food clients, as well as farm products and warehouse management. The Kitchen Crew Supervisor will take on the responsibility of production leader for the CAE Just Cut products. This position entails delegation of duties to crew members, control of food safety practices within the facility, coordination with the Facilities Manager for equipment and materials needs, and assist with the shipping and receiving department. This position will also assist and train Specialty Food Businesses that rent the shared-use kitchens to produce bigger volumes of their products. The position will start at 3-4 days a week.
