Looking for Part-time Flexible Summer Work?

The CAE’s Vermont Food Venture Center is the place to be.

At the Food Venture Center, throughout the summer, we work with farmers, coops, schools, and businesses to process their fruits and vegetables. We need people who know their way around a kitchen, and who have a great work ethic! We love working for our farm partners, and our job is to get the produce from its raw form to its ‘ready for sale’ final product.

We process fruits and vegetables every week in August, September and October.

You will work with our professional staff, in a food safe environment, and follow safety procedures in our facility. You will work with kitchen tools and large equipment, assisting with packaging, freezing, prepping, and cleaning.

Days and hours are flexible.
Evening shifts are available.

Rate is $10/hr.
