Seasonal Job Openings!

As we head into the harvest season at the VFVC, we’re looking for a few good folks to help us with our Farm to Institution Processing and Packaging. We’re looking for people who are excited about local food, familiar with industrial kitchen settings, are reliable and timely. Does this sound like you?

HOURLY, up to 4 days/week, TEAM WORK and good communication, fast paced and FOOD SAFE!

Experience preferred, but will train motivated individuals who are a good fit.

Summary of Position:

This position is critical to our farm to institution (Just Cut) Local Farm Veggie Program and will work in a team with our Kitchen Crew Supervisor, Facilities Manager and Special Projects Manager. The primary responsibility is to ensure the safe, efficient and cleanly processing and packaging of raw farm products into value-added products for institutions.
