Connor Gorham teaches food safety and ServSafe at the Food Venture Center on Jan 28th.

This full day class is perfect for inspiring food entrepreneurs, for farmers with value-added products, or for food service staff, in schools, restaurants or other kitchen settings. It includes food safety practices for handling, preparing and serving food of all kinds. The class begins promptly at 8am at the Food Venture Center, and includes the ServSafe test and final certificate. Included is an hands-on tour and real examples in the kitchen spaces where many producers work at the Food Venture Center!
