In association with Green Mountain Tech and Career Center, the CAE is hosting its first pilot workforce development training!

  • Learn new skills and increase your employability!

  •  4 DAYS: 9am-1pm on August 10, 11 and 17, 18 (Mondays and Tuesdays)

  • Attend 16 hours of training at the Vt. Food Venture Center in Hardwick

This Training will provide participants with job skills for food preparation and service positions. But you need to move quickly – we are filling up the class, and there are only 10 spots available. If you’re interested, call Chris Damato, at 851-1574, so that he can sign you up!!

Professional Kitchen Skills ~ Food Safety Practices ~ Knife Skills- Production Practices ~

Personal Hygiene ~  Equipment Safety
