Announcing the 2015 Workshop and Educational Calendar

The Center for an Agricultural Economy, together with Vermont Small Business Development Center, is hosting a series of workshops on issues related to small businesses. These classes, which will be held at CAE, focus on business planning subjects and particular topics relevant to our farmer and food producer members.

Additionally, CAE will host ServSafe Food Safety Courses for those food producers interested in certification. We encourage all commercial food producers in the region to get certified in current food safety best practices.

Evening classes in the Workshop Series are free and open to the public, although it is possible to pre-register at www.vtsbdc.org. An entry fee and registration are required for the ServSafe Certification classes, which run all day. To register for ServSafe classes, call Connor Gorham or Daniel Keeney at CAE– 802-472-5362.
